Hero image: The current site uses a logo image at the top; this version uses a full-bleed nature photo as hero (a yoga/nature Unsplash placeholder is used here). Varnita — do you have a favorite photo from the Kerala or Costa Rica retreats you'd like here? That would be far more personal than a stock image. Also: the tagline "Rooted. Balanced. Radiant." is kept exactly. If you want a short one-sentence welcome added or changed, this is the place.

Announcement bar: How many spots are left? If you know, say the number — "Only 3 spots remaining" converts much better than "limited spots." Also worth confirming: is the Kerala retreat 2027? I've listed it as "coming soon" in the nav — just update the dates when confirmed.

Pillars / Cooking: Your voice recordings mentioned cooking demos as a distinct offering — I have it embedded inside the retreat experience section below. If Varnita also offers standalone cooking workshops (separate from retreats), this fourth pillar could become "Ayurvedic Cooking" and the consultation angle moves into the Ayurveda section. Let me know and I'll swap.

Leave the noise. Find your rhythm.

Each retreat is a carefully held space — part wellness sanctuary, part cultural immersion. Small groups. Personal attention. Memories that stay.

Retreat photos: Stock photos are placeholders here. For the actual site, swap with Varnita's own photos from the 2026 Kerala trip — the Kumarakom floating mandala, the Munnar tea hike, or the Thekaddy yoga shot would be gorgeous hero images. Also: pricing — the current site doesn't show it publicly. Do you want to add a "Starting from $X" line, or keep it email-inquiry only? That decision affects conversion significantly.

What you'll actually do

Each day is a rhythm, not a schedule. You'll move, learn, cook, rest, and explore — always at a pace that feels like yours.

01
🧘

Yoga — for every body

Morning sessions are grounding and gentle — no experience required, no pressure to twist yourself into a pretzel. We work with breath, movement, and stillness. Whether this is your first sun salutation or your thousandth, you'll find your edge and honor it.

02
🍲

Ayurvedic Cooking

Hands-on cooking demos bring Ayurveda into the kitchen — spices, proportions, and the logic behind why certain foods nourish certain constitutions. You'll leave knowing how to cook a meal that genuinely agrees with you. Brick oven, open fire, local ingredients.

03
🌺

Ayurvedic Treatments

Abhyanga oil massages, herbal steams, and personalized therapies administered by trained practitioners at curated wellness sanctuaries. These aren't spa extras — they're central to the reset.

04
🎶

Culture & Immersion

Bharatanatyam evenings, village walks, tuk-tuk rides, houseboat cruises, and local musicians playing sarangi at dusk. The culture is the medicine too — you just have to let it in.

The knowledge of life, made practical

Ayurveda isn't complicated — it's been made to seem that way. At its heart, it's the practice of understanding who you are and how to feed, move, rest, and live in a way that actually works for your body and mind.

Varnita works with individuals to identify their Prakriti (constitution) and translate ancient wisdom into habits that fit modern life — whether you're managing stress, sleep, digestion, or just that persistent sense that something's off.

Prakriti Assessment

Understand your unique constitution — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha — and what it means for how you eat, sleep, and respond to stress.

Lifestyle Guidance

Practical daily routines (Dinacharya) tailored to where you are in life — not generic wellness advice.

Herbal Support

Tea recommendations and food-as-medicine principles drawn from Ayurvedic tradition and Varnita's own family lineage.

Seasonal Living

How to adjust your habits across the year so your body isn't fighting the season it's in.

Ayurveda consultations: Does Varnita offer one-on-one sessions outside of retreats? If yes — in person, virtual, or both? This section has a "Book a Consultation" CTA that goes to the contact form. If there's a booking link (Calendly, etc.) that's even better. Also: is there a certification or training background you want mentioned? Some clients want to know credentials — even just "trained in Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching" or similar.

Your Ayurvedic journey begins with a cup

Just as no two blends share the same aroma, we each have our own essence — our Prakriti, or constitution. Varnita curated these loose-leaf blends from Indian gardens alongside her sister, a tea connoisseur. There is a blend to bring you back into balance.

Tea shop: Right now ordering happens by email. Three things worth discussing: (1) Is there interest in adding a simple Shopify or Square integration for self-checkout? This could significantly grow tea sales. (2) Pricing — should prices be shown publicly? (3) The tea photos are Unsplash placeholders — actual product photography of the tins/pouches would build a lot more trust and desire here.
Varnita Pant Kohli, Founder of Be-Veda

Varnita Pant Kohli · Founder, Be-Veda

Meet the woman behind Be-Veda

Namaskar.

I'm Varnita. Much gratitude for pausing here.

Be-Veda was born from my mother's philosophy of "simple living and high thinking." My journey began in childhood, protesting against homemade remedies of holy basil, ginger, and honey for a sore throat. Two days of salt-water gargles, herbal steam, and spice treatments did more than heal my voice — they sparked a lifelong curiosity about the healing essence of nature.

A Legacy of Love

Be-Veda is a tribute to my parents. It is honored by the memory of my Baba, who taught me to live with dignity and treat every soul with deep respect, and my Nanna, who showed me the importance of living true to oneself with curiosity and gratitude. They are the pieces of the puzzle that brought Be-Veda to life.

Ayurveda for the Modern Soul

Ayurveda is more than just herbs — it is the knowledge of life. In our fast-paced world, my goal is to make this ancient wisdom accessible. An Ayurvedic lifestyle allows us to find a fine balance between work and family, success and well-being — where you feel you are flourishing, not just existing.

From Tea Gardens to Your Cup

In my home, tea was the rhythm of the day. There was a blend for every occasion: the morning wake-up, the mid-day slump, the digestive after-meal, and the evening wind-down. Tea runs in my blood. Today, I bring that tradition to you through artisanal, loose-leaf chai hand-picked from the gardens of India — curated alongside my sister, a tea connoisseur.

Your Journey Inward

Inspired by my parents' love for "awe and wonder" — annual summer trips through the hills with a sense of adventure — I embarked on my first solo wellness journey in 2022, and haven't looked back. Traveling through India, I rediscovered the bounty of natural healing. Not just in the herbs, but in the cultural immersion: the heritage, the local cuisines, the soul-deep encounters with people who live in harmony with the land.

I created Be-Veda to share this alchemy with you. Whether through a cup of Kashmiri Kahwa or a transformational retreat among spice gardens in Thekaddy — I invite you to listen to your heart. Trust yourself. Look within. Come find your balance.

Be You. Be-Veda.

About photo: The placeholder here is a stock image. This section really needs Varnita's own photo — ideally something warm and natural, maybe at a retreat or with a cup of tea. A professional headshot works too, but something genuine to her personality would serve the brand better. Also: if there's an Ayurveda certification, training lineage, or years of practice to mention, this is the right place for it.

Glimpses from past retreats

Kerala. Rajasthan. Fort Kochi. Kumarakom. Munnar. Each retreat a different geography, the same intention — to help you feel relaxed, revived, and reconnected.

Gallery: This section is a six-image placeholder grid. The real power here is Varnita's own photos — the floating flower mandala at Kumarakom, the Amber Fort, the Bharatanatyam dancers, the brick oven cooking, the Thekaddy waterfall. Drop those in and this section transforms. Do you have them as JPGs we can use? Also: the original "Heartfelt Stories" page has no actual written testimonials, just photos. Worth separating photo gallery from written retreat reviews more clearly — which is what this layout does.
