Meet Your Guide
Be-Veda was born from my mother's philosophy of simple living and high thinking. My Nanna kept a tea blend for every hour of the day. My Baba taught me to live with dignity and treat every soul with deep respect. The two of them are the pieces of the puzzle that brought Be-Veda to life.
In 2022, I went on my first solo journey home and I have not stopped going back since. What I rediscovered was not just in the herbs. It was in the cultural immersion, the heritage, the soul-deep encounters with the people who live in harmony with the land.
Our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal when given the right rhythm and nourishment. My work is to hold that rhythm for you.

Spices like saffron and cinnamon in Kashmiri Kahwa take me back to my memories of the hills and make me feel warm and nurtured in winter. I look forward to it in the Holiday season.
"
I love Mystic Moringa. It has a warm spicy flavor that energizes my mornings. I feel a very soft and pleasant sensation in my stomach and it helps because my digestion is slow.
"
The Ashwagandha Rose blend was the family favorite. Very smooth and the rose petals were visually appealing too.
